A dedicated commercial team for unit blocks, offices, retail, warehouses and body corporate work. Scheduled around tenants, staff and trading hours, delivered on time and on budget.
Commercial work is about logistics as much as finish. We plan staging, access, safety and communication with strata managers, building managers and tenants before we start, so the job runs without surprises.
Our current project is a full block of units on Federation Road, Camperdown. We regularly handle common areas, stairwells, car parks, facades, office interiors, retail fit-outs and industrial coatings, with low odour products available for occupied buildings.
Commercial expertise
Premium Dulux systems, low VOC options and a written 5-year workmanship warranty on every job.
Clear scopes, honest pricing and a crew that respects the people still living and working in the building.
One point of contact
You deal directly with Costa from quote to completion. Scope changes, scheduling and questions are answered the same day.
Scheduled around your building
Early starts, after hours or staged by floor. We work out a program that keeps tenants, customers and staff moving.
Safety and compliance first
Licensed, insured, with safe work method statements, proper access equipment and site induction for every painter on the job.
Finishes that hold up to traffic
Durable, washable commercial systems specified for the surface and the wear it will see, backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty.

My wife and I are very happy with the result and the solution they had for the delicate and complex space we needed work to be redone on after another company's attempt had failed. I was also thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and nonsense free attitude and would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and have been extremely satisfied both times. Costa and Peter were very polite, professional and meticulous in their work, and took great care in moving and protecting my furniture. I'm a very happy customer and would happily recommend them for any private or commercial work.

Costa from Superior Painters was punctual, professional and accommodating. We had several untreated unit front doors that needed to be painted quickly and he made the time to get them done swiftly. No mess was left behind and he was very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommended!

I engaged the team for painting on our home and more recently for maintenance work through our real estate agency. Costa and the team always go beyond expectations delivering high quality work, without compromise. It's very refreshing to deal with a trade that you can trust to get the job done right, the first time, without any shortcuts.

Costa was one of the finest individuals I had the pleasure of hosting in my home. The paint job that came with his exuberant personality was second to none, and I am in talks with him regarding a potential venetian plastering job in the near future.

Costa went the extra mile on prepping the walls to ensure the quality of the work on a difficult federation home. The results are outstanding, really happy with the workmanship. A joy to work with and reliable. Cannot rate them highly enough.
