Touch-ups, end of lease repaints, front doors, common areas and scheduled maintenance programs for homeowners, landlords, agents and strata. Quick turnarounds, no mess left behind.
Not every job is a whole house. A lot of our work is the maintenance side of property: freshening a rental between tenants, repainting scuffed hallways, treating and painting untreated unit front doors before a deadline, or keeping a block of units presentable year after year.
Real estate agencies and strata managers rely on us because we fit the work in quickly, communicate clearly and leave the place clean. Several of our Google reviews come from exactly this kind of job.
Maintenance services
Premium Dulux systems, low VOC options and a written 5-year workmanship warranty on every job.
Maintenance work is judged on reliability. We make it easy to book, easy to approve and easy to sign off.
Fast, honest quotes
Send photos or book a quick inspection and you will have a clear price the same or next business day.
We make deadlines
Settlement dates, new tenants and inspections do not move. We schedule around them and turn up when promised.
Colour matched, seamlessly blended
Touch-ups are feathered and matched so repairs disappear instead of standing out.
Clean and respectful
Tenants and neighbours are treated with courtesy, and we leave every space cleaner than we found it.

My wife and I are very happy with the result and the solution they had for the delicate and complex space we needed work to be redone on after another company's attempt had failed. I was also thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and nonsense free attitude and would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.

This is the 2nd time I've used this company and have been extremely satisfied both times. Costa and Peter were very polite, professional and meticulous in their work, and took great care in moving and protecting my furniture. I'm a very happy customer and would happily recommend them for any private or commercial work.

Costa from Superior Painters was punctual, professional and accommodating. We had several untreated unit front doors that needed to be painted quickly and he made the time to get them done swiftly. No mess was left behind and he was very communicative throughout the process. Highly recommended!

I engaged the team for painting on our home and more recently for maintenance work through our real estate agency. Costa and the team always go beyond expectations delivering high quality work, without compromise. It's very refreshing to deal with a trade that you can trust to get the job done right, the first time, without any shortcuts.

Costa was one of the finest individuals I had the pleasure of hosting in my home. The paint job that came with his exuberant personality was second to none, and I am in talks with him regarding a potential venetian plastering job in the near future.

Costa went the extra mile on prepping the walls to ensure the quality of the work on a difficult federation home. The results are outstanding, really happy with the workmanship. A joy to work with and reliable. Cannot rate them highly enough.
